Robin Bartholow grew up in Sonoma County and graduated from Santa Rosa High School. She attended U.C. Berkeley where she majored in Middle Eastern Relations. While raising three children, Robin pursued a life-long dream of earning her law degree and she graduated from Empire College of Law in 2018, cum laude. While at Empire Law she participated in the Traynor Moot Court Competition, the Elder Law Clinic, the Family Law Clinic and the Small Claims Self-Help Clinic. Robin spent 12 years working for the North Coast Builders Exchange as the Director of Workforce Development and the Director of the North Bay Construction Corps. During this time Robin spent three years as Chair of the Sonoma County Workforce Investment Board.
Robin has received a number of awards including the California Industrial and Technology Education Association Industry Award, the Spirit of Sonoma County award and the Napa County Office of Education Industry Champion Award. Robin is currently a member of the Sonoma Mendocino Economic Development District and the Empire Law School Board of Trustees.
