SMEDD contracted with Regional Government Services (RGS) to provide Administrative and Professional services in furtherance of its mission. RGS is a Joint Powers Authority (JPA) operating statewide established in 2002, providing administrative and consultative services to local agencies, nonprofits & universities. Having served over 300 local agencies since inception, RGS fields Advisors from the public sector talent pool with extensive professional and public administration experience. Advisors work in distributed teams to deliver high quality programs and services.
