Sarah Bolnik is the Economic Development Officer at RCRC as well as the Community Relations Manager for GSNR. Sarah joined the Rural County Representatives of California (RCRC) team in 2012 and develops, cultivates and manages critical relationships at RCRC and GSNR for county officials, economic development organizations, stakeholders, private and commercial enterprises and other partners, to further RCRC’s economic development objectives. Sarah also works directly with RCRC’s President & CEO and the Board of Directors to address a variety of issues and concerns, process complex administrative and technical reports, schedule and facilitate organizational events, secure sponsors for various conferences and initiatives, and otherwise act as the face and voice for the organization’s community development initiatives. Prior to joining RCRC’s team, Sarah worked at the California Restaurant Association (CRA) for nearly 11 years as the Business Development Manager. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the California State University, San Diego.
